Dr.Rajavelu Chinnusamy is a Orthopaedic Surgery associated with KMCH Sulur, Coimbatore.
Dr. Rajaveu graduated from MGR Medical University in 1994 and underwent Orthopaedic postgraduate training (MS) in Manipal University between 1995-1998.
After passing MCh in UK (2002), he worked as Joint Replacement and Arthroscopy surgeon in England until 2015. He has obtained FRCS (Trauma & Orthopedics).
After 15 years in UK he joined KMCH in 2015 as Consultant and was given additional responsibility as Medical Director since 2019.

2002 – “A prototype plug to aid screw fixation in osteoporotic bone” was awarded the highest mark for Research Project among 21 candidates during MCh degree course, University of Dundee, UK.
1998- “Analysis of Supracondylar-Intercondylar fractures of the distal Femur” Dissertation accepted by MAHE (Manipal Academy of Higher Education) University as partial fulfilment for the award of MS degree in Orthopaedics.
