With over two decades of clinical experience, he specializes in managing critically ill children with complex cardiac conditions requiring advanced intensive care support.
After completing his MBBS from Madras Medical College, Chennai, Dr. Vinoth pursued structured paediatric training within the UK National Health Service (NHS), gaining broad exposure in neonatology, paediatric cardiology, respiratory medicine, metabolic disorders, and intensive care. He successfully completed MRCPCH (UK) and later obtained the Indian Diploma in Paediatric Critical Care Medicine (IDPCCM).
Further strengthening his expertise, he completed the prestigious SickKids Advanced Paediatric Cardiology Program at the University of Toronto, Canada, earning an Advanced Certificate of Completion in 2023. His international training has equipped him with high-level skills in managing congenital heart diseases, post-cardiac surgery intensive care, neonatal cardiac emergencies, and advanced ventilatory and hemodynamic support.
Dr. Vinoth currently serves as a Consultant in Paediatric Cardiac Intensive Care at Kovai Medical Center and Hospital (KMCH), Coimbatore, where he leads the management of critically ill children requiring specialized cardiac intensive care.
His commitment to academic excellence, research, and evidence-based practice is reflected in his international presentations, publications, faculty roles at national conferences, and active participation in paediatric critical care advancements.
