Those with stressful lifestyles Anyone who wants a preventive health evaluation Annual health screening helps in early detection and prevention of major illnesses.
Yes. 10–12 hours of fasting is mandatory. Do not eat or drink anything except plain water Avoid tea, coffee, milk, or juice Complete your check-up by 6.00 pm (or earlier in certain cases) and collect your Master Health Check-up Reports.

Continue your regular medications unless advised otherwise by your doctor. Diabetic patients must inform the staff before taking insulin or tablets. If unsure, please consult our health check-up team in advance
